Returning Hawthorn Country Products

At Hawthorn Country we are dedicated to providing quality garments and we try our best to make it easy for you to buy our products online by providing a sizing guide and any specific information possible.

However if you are not completely satisfied with your garment or wish to exchange the size, colour or for a different garment, we will happily refund or exchange it as long as it is returned to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition. Please include proof of purchase in your return as well.

We are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ or colour/ size change returns or exchanges- unless your garment displays a manufacturing defect.  However any replacement items will be posted to you free of charge.

 

Returning “Faulty” Hawthorn Country Products 

Should the product you receive present a manufacturing fault, please contact us via the “Contact Us” option on our website or by emailing hawthorncountry@xtra.co.nz to arrange free return delivery of your item for us to evaluate. Should our evaluation reveal a definitive manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund that item.  

If you are wishing to return an international order, please message us and send the item back to us, and we will reimburse the cost of freight after our evaluation if it is found to be defective. 

The aforementioned procedure is only available in cases of manufacturing defects, and is not available for normal wear and tear.

Any refunds are paid in the same form as payment was accepted by Hawthorn Country (for example, by credit card).Any refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when your parcel is received by us in our warehouse.

As Hawthorn Country is not liable for any loss of an item when being returned, we recommend that you use registered mail to return it.
